At Okura Cookware, we stand by the quality of our culinary tools and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure every chef is satisfied with their purchase and offer a seamless process for any necessary adjustments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the unused cookware in its original box and attach the prepaid label to the exterior before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method.
